Description
Introduction
Key Features
High-Temperature Resistance – Can withstand continuous operating temperatures up to 190°C (374°F), with peak resistance up to 204°C (399°F).
Excellent Chemical Resistance – Highly resistant to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, making it suitable for chemically aggressive environments.
Superior Hydrolysis Resistance – Performs well in high-humidity environments, unlike aramid (Nomex®) or polyester filter bags.
Good Oxidation Resistance – More resistant than polyester and acrylic but weaker than PTFE. Excessive oxygen exposure (>12%) can cause degradation over time.
Excellent Filtration Efficiency – Captures fine particulates while maintaining stable airflow in baghouse dust collectors.
Durable & Abrasion-Resistant – Strong mechanical properties help reduce bag wear and extend service life.
Custom Coatings & Treatments Available – PTFE coating, anti-static treatment, and acid-resistant finishes can be applied to enhance performance.
