Description
Introduction
Key Features
>High-Temperature Resistance – Withstands continuous temperatures up to 260°C (500°F), with peak resistance up to 280°C (536°F).
                        >Superior Mechanical Strength – More durable and flexible than pure fiberglass filter bags.
>Excellent Abrasion Resistance – Ideal for high-dust, high-velocity applications like cement production and metal smelting.
>Good Chemical Resistance – Tolerates mild acids and alkalis, though not as chemically resistant as PTFE.
>Lower Pressure Drop – Provides good permeability, maintaining efficient airflow in baghouse systems.
>High Filtration Efficiency – Captures fine and abrasive dust particles with excellent efficiency.
>Extended Service Life – More durable than standard fiberglass filter bags due to the synthetic fiber reinforcement.
>Available with Special Treatments – Can be coated with PTFE membranes, acid/alkali-resistant coatings, or water/oil repellents for enhanced performance.
